New School of Beer Class!

We have a new School of Beer Class scheduled for Saturday, July 24th. It begins at 9 am and goes until 4 or until we answer all of your questions. The class has been improved each time, and covers siting, buildout, distribution, local, state, and federal regulations and forms (with a USB drive that includes forms for getting your beer into several states) business plans, designing a brewery, financing, labels, purchasing, sourcing your materials, and building a low cost nano-brewery---just to name some of the subjects.

Kegs for sale!

Hi, we have some 5 gallon Cornelius kegs available. We're selling them for $30 at the brewery. They have been cleaned internally and hold pressure. We sell them filled with beer for $60, or we can exchange your corny keg for ours and the beer is only $30. Please email:
brewer@manchesterbrewing.com to reserve and make sure we have one left. Naughty Nancy's is in kegs now, a summer version with less carbs that retains all the flavor of the original but with a lighter body.

Cheers!

Kevin

The School of Beer Returns!

The School of Beer is coming again on June 19th, 9 to 4. The cost is $415 and includes lunch.

The class includes a brewing day plus the syllabus covers everything from planning your brewery's site to financing, build-out, and distribution.

Return of the School of Beer

Hi!

We're starting up the School of Beer at Manchester Brewing in Concord, NH again, and we've got some great new stuff to tell you about! We've built a mill, and are working on a carbonator and cooler that you can make for much, much cheaper than you can buy. Plus, we've found a new start up company that makes brewhouses in the 2 barrel size, for so much less than the big guys, that you might not even NEED to worry about financing!

Plus the syllabus now includes instructions about how to build your glycol system, and info about making your own kegwasher.

New Cinnamon Stout!

Hi,

The new entry is Emperor Norton's Cinnamon Stout. The feds won't allow us to call it beer. Figures. Anyway, it's much lighter than the Conspiracy Theory, and the cinnamon (all natural, brewed with cinnamon sticks) makes it nice and dry. About 5.0% ABV, a great session brew and I'll just bet it will go well with either pumpkin or apple pie!

Next we brew the Peppermint Stout. Then another new brew that I'll tell you about later. Be sure to check us out on Facebook, Manchester Brewing Fans!

Wicked Wine and Beer Fest!

Hi,

We'll be at the Fun Palace in Litchfield today (Saturday) for the Wicked Wine and Beer Fest, from 2-7 pm. We'll have the new Naughty Nancy t-shirts available. They really rock!

The new Blonde is in bottles now and we'll bottle the new Combat Ale tomorrow, Elvis willing. We used new yeast for both beers and I think you'll be very happy with the results.

Cheers,

K
